F. Mota Design created this Kobe Bryant and Los Angeles Lakers-inspired artwork as a personal creative project and portfolio presentation. The work explores graphic design, illustration, typography, composition, and sports-inspired visual storytelling while paying tribute to Kobe Bryant’s impact and legacy.

Kobe x Star Wars


 

Inspired by the iconic imagery of Kobe Bryant celebrating with a championship trophy, this Photoshop edit series reimagines the moment by replacing Kobe with legendary Star Wars icons.
 

The concept brings together the worlds of basketball, pop culture, and Star Wars placing characters and icons in a championship setting while representing the Mamba Mentality: discipline, determination, focus, creativity, and the relentless pursuit of excellence.

Each composition was created as a creative Photoshop concept, transforming a legendary sports moment into a visual tribute to the characters and stories that inspire generations.
