Color Separation & Screen Print Experts

About our order process

Learn about our process, technique and how we achieve an amazing high quality print each time.

1. Build a Quote

In order to build a quote you will need to make sure you can meet the following: our minimum, have artwork in an illustrator or photoshop format,  and other known order details.

 

If you have any questions. No worries. We will go over all information and details about  your artwork , garments and prices.

2. Invoice & Post Payment

Once all the details are sorted out. We will send you an invoice based on your order. If you approve it, then we can proceed with your order. We ask for full payment upfront before we can start on any order.

3. Your Order Process Begins

Once invoice has been paid for, your order process begins. Usually between 5-10 business days for artwork approval and another 5-10 for print and production. We normally try to get your order to you as quick as possible.

4. Approve Mock Up

Approve your mock up and final artwork. Please be sure to look over all details of the mock up before approving the proof. Any questions 

5. Run the Presses

Now the order is finally in production. Artwork needs to be prepped,films need to be output, screens need to be burned and finally print your wonderful products. Leave this up to us!

6. Pick Up / Ship

Your order is ready! You can choose to pick up at our Torance Location or choose for us to ship your goods. *Please note that shipping time is not included in production turn around time.

Send us your artwork

Our in house designer specializes in color separations. Just send your graphic in the proper format we request and we will do the separations.

Acceptable file types: Adobe Illustrator (all fonts must be outline.) Adobe Photoshop at least 300 dpi. (must contain all layers.)

  • Adobe Illustrator (.ai)

  • Adobe Photoshop (.psd)

  • Vector (.eps)

  • Portable Document Format (.pdf)

  • Tagged Image File Format (.tiff)

 

We require all files to be in Adobe Illustrator or Adobe Photoshop. Adobe Photoshop files must be at least 300 dpi and must contain the layers. If done in illustrator make sure text is converted to outlines. We will NOT proceed with the order if artwork is of poor quality.

Send your artwork & get a quote

Just email us your design and a few details:

  • Garment type & quantity

  • Preferred placement (left chest, hat front, sleeve, etc.)

  • Thread colors or Pantone preferences

Mock up for approval

We will provide you with a digital imaging comp of your graphic with all information we have discus. Sizing, garment style, colors, etc... 

​

We offer a variety of print techniques to meet all your needs. Please visit our Ink Techniques and if you have any question, we can discuss and explain what ink is best for your graphic.

​

Once artwork is approved we will produce a first print and have you approve for final production.
